What our customers tell us

We think the best indication of how we treat our customers was winning the Nectar for Business Loyalty Award in December 2005 - recognising that loyalty to our customers is at the heart of everything we do.

You can read the full story here if you haven't yet come across it - we're still not tired of mentioning it to anyone who asks!

But if that isn't enough, here are examples of comments that come back in from our customers. They are all unsolicited and unprompted, and they all make us delighted that things have gone precisely according to plan for that customer. The only thing we have changed is remove the customer's surname - everything else is exactly (yes, exactly) as they wrote.

Just wanted to drop you a line and complement you on the excellent service. I spoke to Anana (I hope I've spelt it correctly) who was extremely helpful when I was placing my order a couple of weeks ago. She took my order on the Thursday lunchtime and the courier delivered the relaxer and bag at 9.15 on the Friday morning.

Usually people moan about the poor standard of service they receive nowadays so just wanted to give you all a pat on the back. My daughter was delighted with the colour choice and we will recommend your site to her fellow students.

They arrived very promptly during the afternoon. Excellent service thank you. I tried them out straight away, in the sitting room because it had started to rain. I found them very comfortable and easy to operate.
